Acceptable Use Policy

1 Introduction


This Acceptable Use Policy (as Updated from time to time) is incorporated into the app terms of service.


2 Restrictions on use

  • 2.1 You are only allowed to use and access the app for the purposes set out in the Terms of Service. Use of the app in any other way, is not permitted. If you do not agree with the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy, you may not use the app.
  • 2.2 As a condition of use of the app, you shall not use it:-
    • 2.2.1 for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Acceptable Use Policy;
    • 2.2.2 to commit any act of fraud;
    • 2.2.3 to distribute any virus;
    • 2.2.4 for the purposes of promoting unsolicited advertising or sending spam;
    • 2.2.5 to simulate communications from us in order to collect identity information, authentication credentials, or other information (‘phishing’);
    • 2.2.6 in any way that disrupts our operations, business, equipment, websites or systems or any other person or entity (including any denial of service and similar attacks);
    • 2.2.7 in any way that harms or may endanger minors or anyone else;
    • 2.2.8 to promote or do anything unlawful;
    • 2.2.9 to suggest that we endorse any other business, product or service;
    • 2.2.10 to gain access to or use of any computers, data, systems, accounts or networks of any person;
    • 2.2.11 in any way that may impair any other person’s use of the app;
    • 2.2.12 to try and circumvent any of the app’s security controls, system instructions, in-built safety and security guardrails or mechanisms;
    • 2.2.13 to attempt to circumvent any password or user authentication method;
    • 2.2.14 in any manner inconsistent with the Terms of Service ; or
    • 2.2.15 in any manner which infringes or detracts from our intellectual property rights .
  • 2.3 You shall not allow or use any automated process or service (for example web crawlers, spiders and bots) to access the app, to extract, scrape, crawl or collect data from the app, or for any other purpose.


3 Customer Data and communication standards

  • 3.1 You will ensure that any communication that you make using the app is decent and lawful. You agree that any such communication shall:-
    • 3.1.1 be lawful and will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any person;
    • 3.1.2 be free of any virus ;
    • 3.1.3 not be defamatory;
    • 3.1.4 not be obscene, seditious, vulgar, pornographic, sexually explicit, discriminatory or deceptive;
    • 3.1.5 not be abusive, threatening, offensive, harassing or invasive of privacy;
    • 3.1.6 be free of any content or activity supporting or promoting terrorism;
    • 3.1.7 not be racist, sexist or xenophobic or otherwise discriminatory;
    • 3.1.8 not be of a kind that any court, regulator, law enforcement authority or other governmental authority may order to be blocked, deleted, suspended or removed;
    • 3.1.9 not be liable to offend religious sentiments or deeply held beliefs; and
    • 3.1.10 be unlikely to cause offence, embarrassment or annoyance to any person.


4 Linking and other intellectual property matters

  • 4.1 You will not :
    • 4.1.1 create a frame or any other browser or border environment around the content of the app (or any part of it);
    • 4.1.2 display any of the trade marks used on the app without our permission; or
    • 4.1.3 use our trade marks, logos or trade names in any way whatsoever.
